Dear user,

You are obviously using OPS anonymous access which is not meant for anything other than manual searches and some light testing. You should be using your own token if you are our registered user. If you are not registered yet, please register, then create a token and use your own token to access OPS.

Everything is described in OPS documentation: registration on Developer Portal does not mean that user is now linked to free-of charge OPS registered access automatically. User have to create a token and a key and use those to enter our system as registered user.

Documentation is available here: http://www.epo.org/searching/free/ops/d ... ation.html

Kind regards,

OPS support

Dear OPS support,
I'm obviously using correct authenticated OAuth call with provided bearer information and I can prove it, and my trace shows that token is long to expire, besides in case of expired token different HTTP code should be returned and expected, but nevertheless I'm getting HTTP 500 ( internal server error ).

I'm trying to understand where the problem is, your side or my side.

Thank you.

Dear user,

Please contact OPS support (you have our email address from the time when you've registered to OPS, I don't want to write it here again to avoid spam, but if you don't have our email i will send it to you via PM in this forum), we need to check your connections and that is not doable via public forum.
Send us an email and give us your user name from your OPS registration and your IP address and we will try to assist you further.

Kind regards
OPS support

Hi,

As mentioned before, I can not possibly help you without seeing your request. I need to reproduce your issue and for that I need all information including your user ID.

Also, your first error mentioned that Anonymous quota per Day was used and you said that you did not use the system as anonymous user. And today the error says that Individual quota per Hour was used. Hourly quota is 450 MB (both anonymous or with token)+ throttling limitations depending on the service you are using (can be from 60 request per minute up to 1000 with a 60 sec. rolling window).

I am sure we will be able to help you more once we get your email with all needed info.

Best regards,

OPS support
