My account just expired but I still have some work left so I applied a free trial case, but 2 weeks passed I still haven't received any information.
I tried another email yesterday but still no reply..
Any possible reason for this? I'm sure I'm a friendly user and my email adress didn't have any application before...

kindly contact the EPO via patstat @ epo.org for this kind of requests.
Test accounts -although providing full functionality- are by nature limited in time - maximum 1 month-.
You can of course take a 3 month subscription on PATSTAT Online to continue your work.
