Is there a way to download translated version of the abstract, description, and claims of a publication with out having to download three separate PDF files?

We are presuming that you are referring to Espacenet. With Espacenet you can download the translated text in PDF with or without the original text. A simultaneous download of all translated parts is not foreseen.
