Thanks. The URL with new version 3.1 supports authentication with access_token.
We are retrieving this access_token as registered non payee users. So, can you please let us know what would be the access_limit for single registration users?

Dear user,

Register as a non-paying user and download data up to amaximum volume of 2.5 GB per week (Monday - Sunday) free-of-charge.
For registered, non-paying user one access per company will be approved.

Register as a paying user and download more than 2.5 GB per week

Kind regards,

Thanks.
Can you please let us know in terms of access_tokens that can be generated. How many tokens can be generated using one non-payee registered user per day? Is there a limit on number of tokens whch can be generated? Is there any IP restictions on the usage of rest services per registered user?

As you replied in earlier posts, to post to your inbox we dont have any email id of yours. Can you please share any support email id to which we can directly mail our questions instead of posting in the forum. Thanks in advance.

You can register a second App in a profile and get separate user credentials.

All Apps registered would share the 2.5GB quota.

If more than 1 IP address is used, then they would get more than 1Mbps.

If they share an IP address they would have to share the 1Mbps.

There is a possibility to allow a second developer registration but the shared IP address limit above would still apply.

Kind regards,

There are no specific limits on access tokens available (within reason).

Each access token is valid for 20mins which equates to about 150MB of data, if the user respects the 1Mbps fair use policy.

The developer should program his software to catch 403 errors and reduce traffic usage accordingly. As a general rule there are 3 types of quota enforced:

Weekly limit of 2.5 Gb - refreshed every 7 days on Monday
Hourly limit enforcing the 1Mbps fair use policy (this equates to about 450MB) - refreshed after an hour
request rate limits to enforce the fair use policy - refreshed after a few minutes

As a general rule, the user should detect that a 403 has been produced by OPS and reduce requests made accordingly.

Hope this helps,
