I did an update of eOLF last week via the inegrated check update and installation facility. However, since that update, whenever I try to launch a PCTRO101 request form, I get an error message that Adobe Acrobat Reader is not installed.

My version of AAR, is 10.1.4 FR - what has happened ? The option to open PDF documents from within a browser is ticked in the AAR preferences. For the moment, eOLF is unusable, at least for PCT applications, I haven't tried the other modules yet. Downgrading to a less secure version of AAR is not an option.

Any help from the helpdesk people ?

Dear Alex,

please re-install the AAR (same version as the one you are using now), that should solve the problem.
