the newest driver does not use regtool, but has the same problem ----EOLF always does this - tried process explorer and found it stems from ntdll.dll and causes services.exe to go crazy on CPU. My only solution is to set affinity on both processes to only one of my CPUs - and tell users to use eolf ...
