Primary Key of legal-status-document
Hi! Currently we implement a batch job that imports INPADOC legal-status-documents into a database. As such we wonder what would be the natural primary key for legal-status-documents? Taken from the sample, a legal-status-document looks like below. There are several attributes or combinations of att...

FTP service for INPADOC RAW data?
Hi, we just signed to access your INPDOC data . As such we got a mail that directed us to a download section where we can manually download the backfile and incremental updates. Now we wonder where the FTP service is and how we may access it. I have not found anything about this in the documentation...

Endpoint to check availability of OPS
Hi there, we wonder if something like an endpoint exists to check the availability of the OPS automatically. Usually these endpoints are named /ping /status /healthcheck If such an endpoint does not exists, is it probably planned to create one? Currently we ping the WADL (http://ops.epo.org/3.1/wsdl...

Problems with the data usage API (again)
Hi there,
we have recently reported an issue with the data usage API.
This problem is back since yesterday (04. October 2015) and still remains.
We know this, since we are checking our data usage with a monitoring tool, to be sure that we do not breach our allowed limit.
Kind Regards
-- Chris

Problems with the data usage API?
Hi there, when we perform our integration tests against your data-usa API they fail, telling us the request is forbidden. We deliver a bearer token with the request, that response comes nevertheless. When using the developer console you offer, we get a json-response that the service is currently not...

Problem with the data usage API?
Hi there, we are currently facing issues when sending requests to the data usage API. When sending requests to it, e.g. https://ops.epo.org/3.1/developers/me/stats/usage?timeRange=9/11/2013~15/11/2013 We receive a socket timeout after 30 seconds. Are there any problems with this service? Kind Regard...

Rest-Service Method to obtain supported country codes
We are retrieving Legal Status Events from the OPS. Furthermore we are aware that the OPS may either not have information about the patent or information about all patents of a certain country. The later situation relates to the coverage of legal events you publish here on the web http://www.epo.org...
