Re: How does it work the CQL query cl (CPC or IPC-18)?
Hi, thank you for your feedback. I understand from your answer that accepted arguments for the cl query are symbols belonging to CPC as well as to IPC, as in your example. Hence my question becomes now: what happens if the cl argument belongs to CPC only? Is it rejected? Or it activates a CPC only s...

How does it work the CQL query cl (CPC or IPC-18)?
Hello, I ask you how does it work the CQL query cl, whose parameter is a CPC or IPC1-8 class (table 29 of the OPS manual). In fact, this kind of query could have different implementation kinds, in the case that the parameter is a CPC and a ICP1-8 class as well, which is rather usual, Thank you and b...

Kind of IPC and CPC for patents in LOD
Hello, I ask you what kind of IPC and CPC are associated to cathegorize a patent in LOD. In fact the OPS distinguishes different cases, in the table at page 136 of the OPS manual My guess is that in the case of LOD the CPC used is what defined as cpc in the table 136 of the OPS manual, whilst the th...

Kind of citations in LOD
Hello,
I ask you if the present version of EPO linked data differentiates between the different kind of citations, as for example available in EPO OPS, which differentiates between applicant, examiner, opponent, third party and some other cases.
Thank you and best regards

Linked open data in Asian Patents: the status so far
So far, I know that Korean Patents are available in beta as linked open data.
I did not identified so far Chinese Patents or Japanese Patents available as linked open data.
Do you have more information about this topic for Chinese and Japanese patents?
Thank you and best regards

Re: It is possible to access NPL in OPS?
Hi, tank you for your replay about the NPL content. My question is "how to find an NPL document, knowing its identifier". In Espacenet, if you know the identifier of an NPL document, as for example XP000530274, you enter this identifier in the field "publication number", then you...

It is possible to access NPL in OPS?
Hi,
I tried to access a NPL document in OPS, without success.
The NPL document I tried to access is XP000530274.
I found the same NPL document by using Espacenet.
I guess that OPS can not access NPL documents. True?
Best regards

Switching window between version 3.1 and 3.2
As far as I understand, presently we are in a transition period between OPS 3.1 and 3.2:.ù These versions are all available to allow the EPO and its customers to check more accurately the new version 3.2 without affecting services which use the version 3.1. I ask you if you can provide a tentative d...
