Re: Opposition search
Ah, thanks. Under the "further information" section on OPS the only mention I could find on oppositions was in the CQL section of "OPS version 3.2 documentation – version 1.3.19" (https://documents.epo.org/projects/babylon/eponet.nsf/0/F3ECDCC915C9BCD8C1258060003AA712/$File/ops_v...

Opposition search
Hi, I'm looking to do an automated search for oppositions filed by an applicant/representative. This is easy enough using the EPO register search page. But I can't seem to find a way of automating the search so that it can be done, e.g. monthly. PATSTAT updates too infrequently OPS doesn't seem to a...

Re: Regional phase entry date?
Does event code 0009012 apply to applications where the EPO was the ISA? In those examples there is no republication.

Regional phase entry date?
Hi,
Is there a way to determine the date of entry into the EP regional phase for a Euro-PCT application?
I can see that an EP application has been in the EP phase, but I can't seem to find a way to determine when it entered the EP phase.

Hm, curiously that returns zero results.

Missing person information in [dbo].[tls206_person]?
Hi, I seem to be coming across a lot of applications where the person (applicant/inventor) information is missing - yet this information is available on Espacenet. For instance: appln_id=488502563 lists 1 applicant (56713290) and 1 inventor (56701905). Neither of them are in [patstat2021a].[dbo].[tl...

IPC 'Y' classification
The EPO has a 'Y' classification in its IPC database. A search on this code on Espacenet reveals numerous patents have been allocated this IPC code. See for instance: https://worldwide.espacenet.com/patent/search?q=cpc%3DY02E10%2F10%2Flow Which relates to Y02E 10/00. However, if I attempt the same s...

Via 'All documents', I can see that a summons was sent on 22.11.2017, and that a search opinion was issued on 28.08.2015.
