For me translation service has been consistently unavailable for several days now. Any update when this might be resolved?

Is there any way to access the translation of patent document programmatically through EPO OPS?
I am trying to find a way to download a PDF copy of the patent (which I can through the EPO OPS) and attached an English translation for non English documents.
