Re: PCT data in priority claims
That depends what you are looking at, actually. Espacenet is a prior art database of published data as filed at the time, but Espacenet also has "Legal events" part that shows some changes from various registers of national offices, including CN. Changes or names or assignments would be in legal eve...

Re: Robot Detected?
Hi, Are you waiting 60 seconds before you trigger that search again? Actually, the best thing is to trigger another query after 60 sec and repeat that failed one down the line again. OPS has a 60 second rolling window rule after error or rejection such you you describe below. Also, you need to check...

PCT application number input format in DOCDB and EPODOC
Dear all, As you know, EPO's data sets use two number format flavours for searching and displaying data: - EPODOC number normalisation , used by Classic Espacenet and OPS Publication Service: see https://www.epo.org/searching-for-patents/data/web-services/ops/faq.html (see answer to question under “...

Re: Retrieving Bibliographic Data in PDF Format
Hi, The only thing you can get from our webservices is biblio in XML or JSON as in the picture. You can transfer any XML into PDF on your end if you prefer, but we don't offer any other output format than XML or JSON for biblio. The URL as in the picture is: .../rest-services/published-data/publicat...

Re: Retrieving Bibliographic Data in PDF Format
Hi, There is no such thing as biblio in PDF, at least I never saw any at any patent office. If you want Biblio only you always only download 1st page of any publication. Biblio by definition is everything on the first page of any patent publication that follows WIPO's standard minus representative d...
