Re: Migrating to OPS 3.2
Dear support manager, I confirm that I can no more use the to https://ops.epo.org/3.2/rest-services because it returns the diagnostic of error at the first access. However, the end point https://ops.epo.org/3.1/rest-services still works and is useful to perform some simple experiments. Hence, at the...

Migrating to OPS 3.2
Dear OPS support manager, some weeks ago I made the first steps you suggested to evolve to the version 3.2, and more specifically " While migrating to OPS version 3.2 you will be able to test your client code simply by updating the URLs used from https://ops.epo.org/3.1/rest-services to https:/...

Re: Bad image quality
I notice that in some cases the text image quality seems different from Espacenet to OPS access.
An example of this is the patent US4117974.
Other colleagues of mine found other examples.
Do you have some explanation of this effect?
Thank you and best regards

Duplicated Applicants and Inventors
Hello, names of applicants and names of inventors are duplicated in some patents. Examples of this behaviour are WO2010139808, WO03004755, WO2008058517 The same behaviour happens in Espacenet, hence the problem should be in the original data base. This problem could be resolved by a post processing ...
