Re: file read/write access .ini glitch on Vista machines

This does not only apply to MS Vista, also on MS Windows XP - a thin client user must have read/write access to this *.ini file - and that is not always the case. This issue had been registered 3 weeks ago and will probably be fixed with v5 next year. We are using virtualization and test several O/S...

Re: Any experience upgrading from 3.20 to 4.00 yet?

1. the issue concerning the PCT templates: the use of customized templates of PCT/RO101 templates appears to result in incomplete file sets as the system does not render the necessary PDFs - we have contradicting reports about the exact circumstances and this issue is being investigated 2. the annex...

Re: Any experience upgrading from 3.20 to 4.00 yet?

I can only emphasize the amount of prior testing that we've put into it (definitely more than for the EPC2000 introduction where time pressure was an overall issue). So there should be no real blocking issues. However, incidentally, we are aware now of one issue with respect to the use of upgraded t...

Re: PMS Integration - some feedback

Are you sure that you are using EPC2000 compliant forms?

The form identifiers are
EP2000 for EP1001E2K and
EP122K for EP1200E2K

- old non-compliant EPC 2000 forms are no longer supported.

Re: PMS Integration - some feedback

Hi, if you already worked with the development kit from January 2008 http://docs.epoline.org/epoline/products/PMSGateway_development_kit_Package_v1.0.zip you should have most of the necessary documentation. An update for this development kit to be inline with v4 will be made available soon (1-2 week...

Re: PMS Integration - some feedback

Hi, for testing purposes and filings to DEMO - you can use your own samples already now. The official samples for approval to file to production are being prepared at the moment and will be made available within the next week or two. Please let us know how you progress with the use of the interface....

Re: Difference Single User / Network installation

Hi, with a network installation, the database processes are installed as services running in the background and the database including, forms, templates, user profiles, address book etc. can be shared between users in a network. Workstations in the network require only a thin client to connect to th...

Re: Open documents from a specific directory.

Hello Mr van Overveld, the reply to the parameter question can be found in your other entry in the PMS category. As far as I see, it is not possible to set this directory dynamically from outside the OLF GUI at present. More over, the attachment location is currently a central user setting and not s...

Re: OLFClient.exe

Dear Mr van Overveld, please be aware that there are two ways of interfacing with the Online Filing System - the v4 PMS Gateway interface using a webservice mechanism to validate, import, sign, send, export, remove or simply retrieve information about the status of forms in the OLF file manager OR a...

Re: delete forms

With v4, this form will not appear anymore for new cases (only already sent cases can still be viewed). If you want to remove it already now - you can delete the respective line in your fmi.ini (and restart the application or server) - but you can then not view any existing cases of that form anymor...
