It would seem to be a browser related issue. Try the Mozilla Firefox.
Also make the change in the device manager in attached file

Cryptovison NOW released as of 26th August 2019.

The EP patch to make Online filing cryptovision compatibile is also released.
Install on server , if in a network installation.

PatXML issue in CMS fixed in latest update

With the latest update to the New Online Filing (CMS) it is once again possible to
attach a PatXML specification to a CMS aplication.

As usual, the pxml and tiff files must first be zipped up before uploading.

Dear Yves, Sorry for the late reply. Yes it is still allowed to file applications with PatXML. the DocX may replace PatXML if/when it becomes of wide acceptance but NOT in the short term. PatXML does not support Microsoft Word 64 bit at all by present design . It also does not support Ms. Word 365 and the cloud at present.
