Dear Hanno, I hope that you found the solution in the meantime. In any case, for adding a Patent submitted to WIPO, you should be choosing IB as the country , and EP as the country if sent to the EPO. Then you should be able to add the proper publication number in the required field. Regards, Martin...

The EPO has released 2 new web based applications in addition to the currect Online filing sotware:
The New Online Filing (CMS) and the Web form filing. This has left a few people confused. Please see the differences in the attached document.

There are 2 things that will help here. 1) Making sure that the Java runtime environment JRE is installed.
2) Running PatXML as administrator, especially if you have Windows 7 and above.
