There are no specific limits on access tokens available (within reason). Each access token is valid for 20mins which equates to about 150MB of data, if the user respects the 1Mbps fair use policy. The developer should program his software to catch 403 errors and reduce traffic usage accordingly. As ...

You can register a second App in a profile and get separate user credentials. All Apps registered would share the 2.5GB quota. If more than 1 IP address is used, then they would get more than 1Mbps. Register as a non-paying user and download data up to amaximum volume of 2.5 GB per week (Monday - Sunday) free-of-charge.
For registered, non-paying user one access per company will be approved.

Register as a paying user and download more than 2.5 GB per week

Thanks. The URL with new version 3.1 supports authentication with access_token.
We are retrieving this access_token as registered non payee users. So, can you please let us know what would be the access_limit for single registration users?

The problem is that I have no means to check your SOAP request. As you know we are asking users since years to migrate to REST because we don't really support SOAP as we do REST. It seems to me that your SOAP request is missing /3.1/ as you can see version mentioned in REST URL. ops.epo.org/soap-......
