Hi !
We also experienced this behaviour. And so far the things Martin and you described are the best we found.

Still Problems with Landscaped Pages
With new Amyuni and latest Epoline we are still having Problems with PDFs containing a mix of Portrait and landscaped Pages. Epoline rejects those Pages with an Annex F Warning regarding the Page Size. Those PDFs are created from Word. When we reprint the PDFs again through amyuni into a new PDF the...

Re: Scanning in EOLF 4 - Annex F error
Hi Martin, Why have they added this feature to V4 when it was perfectly fine with V3???
While we sometimes have problems with this, I'd like to comment that "perfectly fine" on your side does not mean it was fine at the EPO. You need to make sure that...

Re: Any experience upgrading from 3.20 to 4.00 yet?
Hi ! Sorry to say, that we did nothing special when importing the adressbook. The Epoline 4.00 has an issue with landscaped PDF-Files. Using Amyuni 3.03 had other issues, filing was not possible since Epoline could not extract text from the Abstract and so filing was denied (PCT-Only ?). I don't see...

Re: Any experience upgrading from 3.20 to 4.00 yet?
We currently have an issue with annex-f.
When the PDF (created from Word) contains pages (figures, tables) in Landscape-Mode, the PDF can no longer be attached. Amyuni seems not to turn the pages to portrait.
How do others handle this ?
However, incidentally, we are aware now of one issue with respect to the use of upgraded templates of PCT/RO101 from 3.20 to 4.00 not working correctly.
Could you tell us more about that issue ?
Thanks.

Re: Any experience upgrading from 3.20 to 4.00 yet?
We did not upgrade an exisiting Version, but installed V4 on a new Server and migrated our Adressbook. So far (after 20 applications) we had minor Problems with Annex-F-Conformity which were solved by using a different PDF-Converter for that case. The Client still had a Problem with Non-Admin-Users ...

Re: Error storing BLOB files - Smartcard
We hit the same Problem yesterday.
After about 20 Minutes the Problem seemed to be solved at epo.
Do we need to prepare for frequent Problems ?

Re: Epoline services keep stopping
Really scary, that this Problem still exists (Reported by me a long time ago with W2k SP4)
You can easily setup a scheduled task running a 3.15am and a small batch that simply contains
net start eOLF3FMMNGRService
or whatever the service is called.
