Re: Annex F
The content of the patch was integrated in the V5 release, hence there is no need for a separate patch.

Re: OLF V5 server stops
Dear Oli,
the daily restart is required for housekeeping purposes of the services. It is not thightly linked to 3 AM but should be done in a time slot in which no users are active.

Dirk Van Haken

Re: OLF V5 server stops
Dear Jeminus, The services are stopped and restarted (if all goes well) on a dailly basis at 3:00 AM, hence the second message indication a time out when trying to restart them. For some reason the V5 is more likely not to be able to restart the services. We attempt to make it more robust and includ...

Re: Saved items disappearing
Dear Omega, We agree it is annoying. An intermediate update prior to the 1/4/2010 changes is however not realistic. We aim to have the update available for download in week 12 (22nd of March or later but asap of course). However, this depends on succesful completion of the QA process. The latter is ...

Re: eOLF 5: services down, saved EP1001 drafts with pdf slow

Re: Database-Size
One can automate the export and deletion (after export) of applications via the PMS interface. For example, as called via the CMD interface: To export an (= single) application identified by a unique application id: OLFClient.exe -exportzip -Username=Administrator -Password= -Language=EN -ApplID=3 T...

Re: Saved items disappearing
Dear Sue, We have detected that in certain, not obvious to reproduce circumstances, a saved draft may be deleted automatically. As far as we have been able to investigate it should only (but not systematically) occur when reopening a saved draft for editing and not saving the draft. Applications whi...

Re: Windows 7
Dear clockworx,
the installation of V4 in Windows 7 is, from the point of view of the online filing software, is similar as installing in Vista however it will not restrict you to client/server server only at installation time.
