Re: How do we check the particular Patent' renewal schedule
Hi As an applicant, you should be able to see that in your online filing account. But for patents that are not yours, you can see relevant information in the European Patent Register, OPS Register API, and OPS Legal API, as well as in the INPADOC legal events bulk dataset. European Patent Register e...

Re: Updated applicant or co-applicant ?
Thank you, Gerben. It's always very helpful to others if you, the users, confirm what we post. I did give more information to Geoffrey in the email because we received this question via two different channels, but it's great to have more context for others using this forum. Regards, Vesna for OPS su...

Re: Opposition search
Hi OPS Register allows search for all fields that EP Register Advance Search is offering and that include opponents. See the file identifiers you can use in the OPS Register search: https://register.epo.org/help?lng=en&topic=fieldidentifier So, when you are only interested in oppositions in gene...

Re: Delay in visibility after grant
Hi, The EPO has a publication date and time set for Wednesday, 14:00 CET/CEST. All tools and services update biblio data at that time. Depending on amount of data and all processes including indexing it can take some minutes that entire new contact is released. https://ops.epo.org/3.2/rest-services/...

Re: Download PDF Notice of Opposition Via OPS
Hi, The content of our EP file wrapper is not available via any other source apart from the EP Register website and via manual downloads. There is no alternative for this specific dataset, not via bulk product or API. Only manual downloading of ZIP files via the EP Register website is possible at th...

Re: Retrieve only one document per family in search results
Hi, That is not possible, I am afraid. Espacenet is a tool that uses de-duplication BR in order to offer only one result per family and publication step in a hit list and the rest of family members/pub steps via "Also published as" and Family subsection, and OPS is pure access to raw data ...
