The EPO Online filing software works with all versions of Adobe Reader, except 6.00 (back in 2005). All newer versions work correctly. We suggest to use the latest version if possible.

to avoid that one has to disable the UAC, the eolf client should be installed not as a stand-alone but as a client/server. The server component would be running on the same PC and is installed as a service. The latter avoids that you will be bothered with UAC messages and configuration.
