I have received last weekend that some of monitored application will be granted in the Register Alert notice mail. However, I get "An unexpected error occurred." pages when I tried to see these applicaions (both clicking links in the mail or search from EP Register). All the other records of applications can be seen as usual. This is not a browser-dependent issue; both IE and Chrome show the same result.
Any infomation will be appreciated.

as indicated in our previous message we are experiencing some issues with the European Patent Register where you may not be able to access a limited number of applications where extension states have been designated.
The EPO is working to fix this problem as quickly as possible.
