April 2017 - PL: kind code 'A5' has changed

There was a correction of kind code for Polish publications.
This correction has been requested by the national office and has been based on a list provided by the national office.
The publication kind code has changed from ‘A5’ to ‘B1’ or ‘B2’ and in a limited number of cases from ‘A5’ to ‘B3’ or ‘B4’.
