Hi there,
I am trying to find a way to get assignee information(other than applicants and inventors). I found in the Open Patent Services XML schema for Patent Register http://ops.epo.org/schema/rplus.xsd there is "assignee" under bibliographic-data.
However, when I try out in the OPS Register Search and Register Retrieval endpoints, I was not able to find it in the actual response.
Could you please let me know if the assignee information is still available in any of the OPS APIs?
Thank you!

Re: Assignee Cannot be Found in OPS Register Response
Hi
Assignee or other party change information can be queried via the OPS Legal service. You can get such information only from countries that actually exchange that data with us. Have a look at the weekly updated table called Inpadoc coverage: https://www.epo.org/searching-for-paten ... eekly.html
In the table you will find reference to Inpadoc classification info, party change legal events can be filtered by R class.
