Backward and Forward citations

How can I withdraw the number of Backward Patent citations, Backward NPL citations and Forward patent citations with all the information relating to the citations such as the inventor's names, applicant's names, dates and titles?

First of all, we apologise for answering so late to your question.
There might several EPO tools that could partially or fully fulfil your needs.
For example, EP full-text search is a free product where you could retrieve backward patent and NPL citations in XLS, CSV or XML format, the coverage being EP data. This tool is accessible on
this page where you will also find the user manual.
For worldwide coverage we would advise other products such as PATSTAT Online (paying product with SQL-based query language).
