CCD access broken from https://ccd.fiveipoffices.org/

It appears that https://ccd.fiveipoffices.org/ is no longer working.
Best I can tell that is because a the call from that website to

https://worldwide.espacenet.com/3.2/res ... range=1-25

returns a 403 forbidden response. That response in turn appears to be caused by the EPO's use of Cloudflare. Would be nice if it could be fixed.
