Chrome browser solution for Espacenet

Dear Users,

It has come to our attention that some users are experiencing that Espacenet is being blocked in the Chrome browser. Our IT experts have investigated the matter and found that the problem occurs when the browser is zoomed to 125%. To overcome this simply minimize the browser to 100% or 110%.
In some cases it has not been possible to simply change the zoom in a conventional way, for this our IT experts have found a workaround:
Hold down ctrl, press letter R for reload AND quickly press the minus key on the numeric keyboard while Espacenet is loading. It is ONLY at 125% that the browser fails to work.
If the above does not work, close the Espacenet tab, load it in a new tab and try the ctrl+minus again.
It depends on the speed of the page load if you manage to press the minus key within the loading time.
The problem has been reported to be fixed in chrome.
