Hi,
Is there an easy way to access worldwide patents of a particular CPC class through OPS? (All countries and all dates)
Thank you!

Re: Classification-based query on OPS
Hi
Theoretically yes, but practically it might be difficult to do that because OPS only gives first 2000 results per every query so you would need to limit every request a lot in order to catch all documents
If you read OPS documentation on the website: https://www.epo.org/searching-for-paten ... s/ops.html (under "Further information") you will see list of field identifiers for CQL search and you can try them via OPS Published Services - Search query: .../3.2/rest-services/published-data/search
Depending on what exactly you are looking for or how much data you need you could consider bulk data product instead:
DOCDB in XML: https://www.epo.org/searching-for-paten ... docdb.html
PATSTAT Online or in a bulk (PATSTAT GLOBAL): https://www.epo.org/searching-for-paten ... tstat.html
