Hello,
i'm trying to use CMS Online Filing on Windows 8 + Internet Explorer.

When i connect to https://epogateway.epo.org/prd2/epo/PatentApplication

Internet Explorer is asking for a smartcard on the list. After that, NO pin is asked.

And an error is displayed :

"Cette page web ne peut s'afficher

Verifier que l'adresse web https://epogateway.epo.org est correcte"

I have checked IE Setting (TLS, ..) to be the same as in new_online_filing_CMS_settings_quick_access_fr.pdf

Any Idea ?

Dear Fabien,

Indeed the settings in documentation works, but due to different configurations on
PCs, networks and Firewalls you may encounter issues. The setup below on the
Gemalto download page doeas a better job


Users of Microsoft Internet Explorer 9.0, 10.0 and 11 will need to uncheck the Protected Mode option and disable SSL 2.0, TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2
