Confirmation of Patent Status

Could you please confirm that Publication No: EP1637592 (A1) had its examination suspended in 2006 pending the referral to the EBA of the WARF case. Could you also confirm whether this has been examined following the EBA decision. In particular, can you confirm that the patent was NOT granted in 2006.

please note that this is not the right place to exchange information on the legal status of individual applications. The legal status can easily be looked up in RegisterPlus

In this particular case, there is nothing to suggest that anything was decided in 2006 and any other action apart from the payment of renewal fees is not registered at the moment. So, if you want to genuinly query the status in the examination division, you need to use the contact options given here
