Dear all
We would like to inform you of the availability of 4500 deferred EP B1 publications according to Rule 71(3) EPC that were put on hold due to UP transitional measures as described here: https://www.epo.org/applying/european/u ... ptake.html that.

They will be made available in our online tools and services as well as in respective bulk data sets as of June 7, 2023 (week 23/2023).

For EP full text in bulk and EBD users, that means that full text and bibliographic records of all deferred publications will be delivered in packages of week 23/2023, on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at 14:00 CEST on the BDDS, and for users of DOCDB in XML, on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at 9:00 CEST, also on the BDDS. The EP full text packages will have total size of approximately 13 GB zipped.

Due to the addition of these several thousand previously deferred publications, you can expect the packages of all respective datasets to be larger than usual.

OPS Published with Biblio, OPS Register will also have them as of June 7, 2023 (week 23/2023), from 14:00 CEST on. Full text in XML (claims and descriptions) and images of these EP B publications will be available from Thursday onwards.

Regards,
Vesna for OPS/Bulk data support
