Difference between Priorities, Application and Publication

Hello all

can someone please explain me the difference between Priorities, Application and Publication in the bibliographic data of a patent?
In this case, each of the three mentioned terms starts with different country abbreviations, how is this to be interpreted?

eg.:

Priorities: US20196......2019-09-22
Application: IL20200....2020-09-22
Publication: WO20210..2021-03-25
