Hello,

does anybody of you succeed in downloading a document in espacenet beta?

I wonder if it is a General bug or if it's only a Problem with my Computer? If I want to download a document in espacenet beta there's alway an error message, regardless of the browser I use (Firefox, Internet Explorer, edge).

Can someone please tell me how to download documents?

The downloadable content depends on which tab you selected in the document view.
You may download the pdf of the original document by clicking on the three dot menu in the upper right corner of the document view, when you select either Bibliographic data, Drawings or Original document tab.

Hi,
I am on the page of a patent document, I check the patent family, and then I wish to download another document from the family. Clicking on the number of a family member does not work. I cannot find a way to download a document from the family. In previous version, this was possible.

Hi there,

Further to the new release on 20 January, clicking on any of the members of the simple family will now open the bibliographic data view of the selected family member. As indicated previously for this topic, you can then download the original document by clicking on the three dots in the right upper part of the view and then on Download > Original document.
