Hello,

We have developped a feature within our software in order to download a couple of information from EPO database.
This consists first in a call to the url below, followed by various SOAP actions:

http://ops.epo.org/soap-services/

This has been working for years now but since a couple of days, we're getting error 403 all the time.

I have seen on the forum that there has been some decommisionning on EPO side.

Would this be the reason for those error, and what would be your suggestion fix the issue on our end?

Dear Sylvain,

Since 8th January 2018 all services are running on OPS 3.2 by default. One of the consequences is that an authentication is now mandatory. This is probably the cause for the error messages.

Please also note that SOAP is not supported by the EPO any longer.
