Espacenet - change language

I tried change translation in ESPACENET v2 and the language was changeable only for office "EP-EPO". For other offices i was redirected to ESPACENET classic.
When can I expect the new ESPACENT will be available in the mother language of the national office? In whose competence is to provide a translation into the language of the national office for the new ESPACENET?
