Espacenet User Privacy

Do you have an user privacy policy for the Escapenet searches? Do you collect, use or share the collected user data from Escapenet? (like keywords, ip addresses, etc..)

We do not share any user data. We count the number of unique user IP addresses and the number of visits only. We count the number of times a particular search mask is used e.g. Advanced search and the number of downloads for example. We do not keep records of the actual searches done nor by whom nor the content data downloaded. Espacenet log files are used purely for statistical purposes and not to identify individuals nor to identify what they are searching.
