Hi,

I have noticed that the export of completed forms has been changed. It appears that the filing receipt pdf is no longer present and in its place is a receipt.dat file.

This file is not readable by any available program which is a major drawback if you have archived the submission out of Epoline and want to store it in your Document Database as we wish to.

Please could you explain why this change has been made and better still provide a human readable form of the receipt in the export folder.

the pdf and xml will be re-enabled next to the receipt.dat file with the next update for the April changes. In the meantime, we can offer a small tool to extract the pdf and xml from the receipt.dat file - please contact our support.
