In "old" espacenet you could choose a fulltext database (Worldwide EN, Worldwide FR, Worldwide DE).
Is it still possible in espacenet-beta? Perhaps by choosing the "Query language" (en, fr, de)?

Yes indeed. You can do this by asserting the query language.

You might also be interested to know that in new Espacenet you can now also use the filter category to filter out publication languages (not limited to English, German and French).
