FYI: Errors in abstract of AU documents

Post by martien » Sun May 31, 2020 10:56 pm

Hi,

Today I found document errors in some AU documents, e.g. AU2018347186A1
A part of the abstract seems to be rubbish, not seen on available orig. documents.
(Tested also on Espacenet)

Regards,
Martien

Dear Vesna,

I'm not sure, if you described the solution for one or all of the AU-documents.
For the mentioned case it works.
However, there still are a lot of cases with the same problem.
ab="1111111111111*" gives 329 results with the "111111.." rubbish.
Espacenet even shows 1763.
ab="*1111111111111*" has even more (not Espacenet).
In some cases it is a binary number in the description (=ok), in other (pn=SG11201902091YA)
it is a mix of other data from a patent.
I now have seen the problem in AU en SG documents.

Regards,

Martien

I know, this was no new issue for us, but its bigger issue, so they need far more time to get everything
