Gemsafe V5.1 and PGP

We are using Gemsafe last Version and aslo PGP for data encryption.
Since we are trying to use the last Gemsafe we have a lot of trouble arout these computers
the previous version of gemsafe was working without any problems with PGP

Does somebody has also these troubles, what could be the solution

We need to understand your use of GemSAFE. We do have 2 versions running currently. 4.2 SP4 and 5.1 . Do you mean the 5.1 ?
And when you say Data Encryption, are you referring to the use of the software for EPO online Filing and/or accessing my.epoline
for the purpose of online fee payment or other uses. As the EPO is only commited to offering support for the use of GemSAFe/Gemalto within our own products. Other uses are unsupported directly by us. Please clarify

we are using Gemsafe V 5.1 library especially with Eolf
but our internal network configuration uses the PGP Software.
since we install the V5.1 of Gemsafe it doesn't work very well, with the previous version of Gemsafe (4.2)
everything was OK.

SO I think that something in the last version 5.1 of Gemsafe could be the cause of our troubles
