Global Dossier Partner office not available

I am trying to access Global Dossier for a JP patent from espacenet, since last week. Each time I get a message "The partner office is not available now, please try later".

Similar issue is faced for JP office on Global Dossier on USPTO page - JP data is not refreshed. This seems to be an issue in connectivity with JP patent office.

If this is a scheduled outage, where can I find the information on the same?

If this is not a scheduled outage and I need to report the issue, is there a link for the same?

We have passed on the information to our IT department for clarification. In the meantime it would appear that the JP Global Dossier service is up and running again.
