GPI access

My first time using the database, I have purchased the subscription via shop.epo.org yesterday and, to my understanding, was supposed to receive the credentials to access GPI tool via https://data.epo.org/expert-services/index.html# , but have not received anything. Did I miss a step or does it usually take this long? Thank you for your help.
