[HELP]SmartCard drivers not found

Hello,
i'am trying to make windows xp logon, using a smart card.
The drivers of the reader are installed, but in logon screen when i insert the card, open a pop-up message box, saying "The card drivers are no found on the system. Please try another card."
Please help me, and sorry for my bad english.
