I have a question concerning the CPC which assigned to a DE patent publication
As shown in the following link, several CPC symbols are assigned to this document, but as far as I know, the DPMA doesn’t assign the CPC to the DE patents.
My question is where there CPC symbols from and who assign the CPC number for the DE document?

Thank you very much.

Re: Help with CPC for DE patent documents
Dear ymboschpi,
For the time being, the DPMA does not assign CPC Classification symbols to their published documents.
The examiners at the EPO allocate CPC classification symbols to these documents as they are part of the CPC coverage that can be seen in http://www.cooperativepatentclassificat ... mber13.pdf.
We hope this answers your question.
