community i'm a young researcher, and not so used to verify news and efficency of patents.
I'm not sure if i'm wirting in the right section anyway i'll explain my question.
I was looking for a patent, and i found it on espacenet, but i do not understand if it is approved or is just a patent request.
Is possible that i fuond something is not trutely patented?

For national patent documents the European Patent Office relies on the (bulk) deliveries from the various national patent offices regarding the publication of their patent applications. We recommend you to contact the relevant national patent office to obtain more precise legal information about the patent :
