How to find patents directly filed in the EPO

Post by MerinP » Thu Jun 09, 2022 10:36 am

Hi,
I am looking for suitable search criteria to find patents that are filed directly in the EPO ie, non-PCT route.
Is there any search combination available for that?

Thanks,
Merin

Hi,

Something like this maybe?
.../3.2/rest-services/published-data/search/biblio/?q=ap=EP not WO and pd=20220105

You will have to add a date because OPS gives only up to 2000 results per search any by adding date you have a possibility to get below 2000 for most weeks (might be even all, I didn't check that)

Thanks that seems working.
Can I try the same query parameters for Register Search?
http://ops.epo.org/3.2/rest-services/re ... rch/biblio
CQL : re="XXX" and ap=EP not WO and pd within "202101 202206"

I am trying to find patents by representatives. Published data search will not provide agent details.
Can you tell me if I can use the above query for Register search

Thanks,
Merin
