Important Unitary Patent information during transitional phase

Dear Users of the European Patent Register,

Please note that "Early requests for unitary effect" with Form 7000 will not be reflected in the European Patent Register during the transitional period. This period ends on the 1 June 2023 when the Register for unitary patent protection is planned to be launched. First publications of such requests are expected to begin on 8 June 2023.
