Re: India: New interface to access IPO’s information
Dear user,
Thank you for your enquiry.
In case your question relates to smart cards used by the EPO, please re-post the query on the EPO’s forum dedicated to Online Services preferably to the section “Smart cards and smart card divers” (http://forums.epo.org/onlineservices-sm ... d-drivers/).
If you were referring to on-line filing system used by the Indian Patent Office (IPO), please be informed that since 2007 it is possible for applicant to file a new patent application or subsequently filed documents with the IPO on-line. Once registered and logged in, user can also execute on-line payments through available payment gateways directly in the IPO’s e-filing application interface.
To find out how to become a registered e-filing user and to learn how to utilise the e-filing system available at the IPO, we strongly recommend to you visiting the separate section of the IPO’s web-page dedicated to Online Filings of Patents (http://ipindiaonline.gov.in/epatentfili ... in/doLogin ).
On this web-site you can review the available manuals as well as related FAQs (http://ipindiaonline.gov.in/epatentfili ... index.html ). In case you need additional assistance with your question regarding the utilisation of smart card, please contact the IPO’s Help Desk at ipo-helpdesk@nic.in
I hope the above information is of a little help to you. Please do not hesitate to contact us at asiainfo@epo.org should you have any further requests.
