Hello,
Since the past update, we've seen intermittent outages of the API even outside of announced maintenance windows. All queries will return 404 Not Found and then all of a sudden start working again as normal several minutes later. This isn't a Content-Type issue as it was reproducible in the developers console using the default settings both times. See screenshots during and after one of these intermittent outages. Any ideas what is causing this?
404 Not Found from default input during "outage":
Correct response a few minutes later:
Thanks!
Joe

Hi,
Although I also replied already via email I would like to point out also for other users that our regular daily system updates take place between 05:00 and 05:15 AM CET on workdays. This applies for all databases and tool at the EPO.
This is mentioned in our fair use charter: https://www.epo.org/searching-for-paten ... r-use.html

Is there any way the API could respond with an "Under Maintenance" response while it is offline? Currently it behaves the same for a good patent number under maintenance as a bad patent number while the system is online. (acts as if there are no results for the given input)
Thanks!
Thanks!
