It appears that the PCT Online Filing version 3.5.000.221 calculates the international filing fee wrong. I have installed all updates available up to today.

For a PCT application filed at the EPO after 4 januari 2011, the software calculates a filing fee of EUR 999,-. while the EPO states a filing fee of EUR 878,- See: http://documents.epo.org/projects/babyl ... _04_10.pdf

Also the reduction for electronic filing is calculated wrong. It should be EUR 132,- while the software uses a reduction of EUR 150,-

The Paper you quote seems to mention 1. April 2010 and not 1. January 2011.

I was under the impression that this page http://www.epo.org/patents/Grant-proced ... ounts.html would always show the most recent fees.

I also interpreted 01.04.2010 as 4 january 2011 (kind of stupid....)
