We updated the list of all available full-text in XML (claims, descriptions) available in OPS
https://www.epo.org/searching-for-paten ... ml#faq-74
You can retrieve this data via the OPS Published-Data Services by using the following constituents:
- full text (recommended to find out which language version is available and if there are claims and/or description available)
- claims
- description
In order to find out the coverage for the character-coded full text available, you can consult the table “Latest full-text coverage”: https://www.epo.org/searching-for-paten ... tions.html . This table is updated daily and provides the full-text coverage as available in Espacenet. However, it will reflect also the full-text coverage for OPS for those authorities that are mentioned above.
We hope that in the near future we will be able to extend further the OPS coverage to even more countries already present in Espacenet.
For questions or issues contact us directly at patentdata(at)epo.org

Vesna for OPS
We also updated OPS FAQ accordingly: JUNE 2020 UPDATE: OPS extends data coverage for character-coded full-text (XML)

Re: JUNE 2020 UPDATE: OPS extends data coverage for character-coded full-text (XML)
Hello,
Do you have an idea when US patents would be searchable in description or claims?
Do you have a subscription-based product which would allow that?
Thank you

Hi,
US full text in XML is available at the USPTO and we don't have any plans to add that into OPS any time soon.
In order for us to offer such data either in a bulk or via webservices, offices in question have to give us permission to do so and usually if offices offer their own systems, sets or webservices they expect users to get their data from them directly, which is understandable, I think.

Hi,
We don't have plans to include US any time soon. US has its on API that offer character-coded full text that any OPS user can utilize directly via the USPTO.
